This policy explains how we pack, ship, and deliver your Hasya Millets order across India.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all pincodes serviceable by our shipping partner, Shiprocket, across India. You can confirm delivery to your pincode at checkout.
2. Processing time
Orders are freshly packed, not pulled from old stock. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and hand over your order to our courier partner, in addition to shipping time below. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Estimated delivery time

These are estimates provided by our courier partner and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to weather, regional restrictions, festivals, or courier network issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges

5. Order tracking

6. Packaging
Pickles and podulu are packed in leak-resistant, secured jars/pouches with extra cushioning to minimise damage in transit. If your order still arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Failed delivery attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery fails after multiple attempts (for example, due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable), the order may be returned to us; in such cases we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus shipping costs already incurred.
