These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hasyamillets.com and any purchase you make from Hasya Millets ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Hasya Millets is based at Siddivinayaka Residency, Ajit Singh Nagar, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and sells home-made millets, snacks, vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles, spice powders (karam podulu), and vadiyalu.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian, and capable of entering a binding contract to shop on this Site.
3. Products, pricing & availability
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Since our products are hand-made in small batches, slight variation in colour, spice level, or quantity from the product photo is normal and not a defect.
- We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
- In case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example, in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability — and will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets). We do not store your card or banking credentials. Orders are packed and shipped only after payment is successfully received.
6. Shipping & delivery
Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners across India. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local disruptions. Please see our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
7. Food products — important information
- All items sold are food products with a limited shelf life. Best-before/use-by information is mentioned on the product label — please check it on arrival.
- Pickles, especially non-vegetarian pickles (chicken, mutton, prawn), should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within the timeframe mentioned on the label.
- Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, sesame, mustard, or dairy. If you have food allergies, please check the product description or contact us before ordering.
- Any information about millets or health benefits on this Site is for general awareness only and is not medical advice; please consult a doctor for specific dietary or health concerns.
8. Returns, refunds & cancellations

9. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including our logo, product photography, recipes, and text — belongs to Hasya Millets and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hasya Millets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this Site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including in relation to food safety.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
